Liwilu — Headless E-Commerce

The challenge

Liwilu wanted a store with the experience and speed of a modern site, while keeping the catalog, order and stock management PrestaShop already provides.

The solution

I split the store into layers: PrestaShop as the commerce engine, a NestJS API that normalizes and exposes the data, and a Next.js frontend combining server rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG), with Framer Motion animations and Tailwind styling.

What was delivered

  • Headless architecture: frontend decoupled from commerce
  • Next.js with SSR/SSG for speed and SEO
  • Custom NestJS API between the frontend and PrestaShop
  • Interface animated with Framer Motion
